Why She Founded Kardia

Spread Hope. Practice Humility. Forge Harmony.

The workplace is where most people spend the majority of their waking hours—where they live out their purpose, apply their passions, and either thrive or merely survive.
Denisha founded Kardia Advisory because she saw organizations investing in diversity and inclusion work that stopped at policies or 1-hour trainings, never reaching the deeper work of people development and business growth.
She believed this work was more than teaching or consulting—it was ministry. Creating ecosystems where people's God-given talents could flourish, where differences strengthened decisions, and where belonging drove meaningful performance.
That vision shaped everything Kardia does: helping organizations align their people, purpose, and systems so the workplace becomes a place where humans thrive and our global community is healthier.

Denisha offers a limited number of paid 'ask me 'anything'-style consulting sessions and thought partner hours each month. Email moc.nitsuaaidrak%40ahsined to schedule a 1:1 advisory call with Denisha.

In addition to her consultancy work, Denisha is also a captivating speaker, panel moderator, and podcast host. She's known for her ability to disarm audiences, facilitate candid dialogue on sensitive topics, and equip leaders with practical tools they can use immediately.
